Our goal is to empower our clients to align with their highest authentic self & to enhance their overall well-being. The mission of Ampersand Holistic Wellness, LLC. is to provide an authentic expression of wellness in a sacred space honoring the whole person- mind, body, spirit- through offering a diversity of practices & belief systems. Owner Julie Mertz, LMFT, YT-200 formed Ampersand Holistic Wellness, LLC. to offer a space for persons served to pursue overall personal health. At AHW I understand that there is no single path to well-being. Holistic wellness encompasses the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, & intellectual. My multi-faceted services strive to focus on the whole person. The symbol of the ampersand is our touchstone. It can remind us to live life from a perspective of BOTH/&, instead of either/or. Life is a never ending series of ‘ands.’ Life goes on, just like an ampersand continues a story. However, we do not have unlimited ‘ands.’ Our stories continue to be written every day, no matter what life puts in our paths. You will guide me and I will listen and provide an environment for healing. And together create transformation for your personal growth and life fulfillment.

Community connection opportunity this week!

Summer Solstice is the height of the sun's dominance on our corner of the earth; when she stays in the sky the longest and turns back toward the rest of winter. Celebrated for millennia, this ritual marks a time of change and transition for all species.

Pollinate Ritual, Wild Heart DSM, Sabba Circle and DSM Drummers will be back for our third year of Summer Solstice together. Bring the family and friends, a blanket and a picnic, and join us at Greenwood Park (Amphitheater) for some quality community time.

Bring your picnic and a blanket starting at 5pm. We will start our program with drumming, fire and community ritual around 7pm. Never been to a community ritual? Join us and find out what it's all about.

This event is free and open to everyone. Support the work with a free will donation via Venmo -RItual.
