So true. This always helps me put things into perspective. There are times we think we don't have enough, or want more, or something different. In times of disappointment, using gratitude for what we do have is a simple way to help turn our mindset around.
I am grateful I have everything I need, and more.

I'm OK with this! I usually tell you to eat plain greek yogurt and don't buy the flavored because of all the sugars the flavored one have. I found this greek yogurt recently, and I'm OK with it. 15 grams of protein and 6 grams of sugar. I love that it has chicory, which is a prebiotic, and uses stevia for the sweetener.
