Hello everyone!

This message comes with a roller coaster of emotions. When I relocated my training center to its current location I joked that I had come full circle as it is the same exact office where I started my teaching career. Was it where I ended it too? Well, the answer is yes. The time has come to close 411 Safety Shop & Training. Please know this decision has not come lightly.

My plan is to continue to teach until December 20, 2025. Please reach out if you need to get in a training before then and I will make as many happen as possible. Also, I will be getting rid of some things in the office so keep an eye on 411 Safety Shop & Training's page for the postings.

I am not leaving town so if you happen to see me out and about, don't hesitate to say hi. I have truly enjoyed teaching you and I will forever treasure the friendships that have been made. It is because of you that I have been able to do what I love for over 30 years.

Extremely important to stay hydrated in this heat! Also, don’t leave anyone behind in the hot car!

The State Fair asked if we'd post something on our social media and we said we'd be happy to help out, reminding everyone about the importance of staying hydrated with water, and some of the other need to know things about staying cool in the fairgrounds.

Over the next few days it's going to be very hot, so make sure you're drinking plenty of water, water fill stations will be posted throughout the grounds, and know that coolers and drinks are now allowed to be carried in. The next few days are gonna be hot and we want to spread as much word as possible!
