Hi Wild Hearts! Our little girl was born safe and sound at home in December, I’ve so loved my time off with her. My maternity leave is coming to a close in April. Currently I am planning to be in the office on Wednesday afternoons/ evenings until summer break when I’ll start to be in all day. I am full in April already, but happy to start booking May appointments.

🧠 Important information incoming

🐣 In preparation for our little chick to join us Earth side, I’m closing up shop for my maternity leave to begin the first week of November! I have very limited remaining session spots, and am only doing 60 minute sessions at this time. I have a few spaces open the 27th-30th, and on November 6th.

I have put a new page up on my website, Wildheartdsm.com, called “recommended providers” where you can find body and energy workers that I trust to care for you while I’m out.

Additionally, please consider purchasing gift certificates directly from the website if you’d like to support our family during my leave 💚 I plan to be back in March! I also have one more massage package, or two half packages, available for 2026, message for details ☺️

We're proud to support the incredible work of Pollinate Ritual, a healing collective in Windsor Heights dedicated to uplifting young women through mentorship, sisterhood, and self-discovery. 💜 Today, we presented a $1,000 donation to help support their Maidens Retreat—a powerful program for girls ages 11–18 focused on building self-esteem, communication skills, health awareness, and personal safety. This check will allow two girls to participate in the retreat this weekend. Thank you, Suzanne, Shannissy, and Kathryn, for all your work in creating a space where these girls can feel seen, protected, and empowered.
