Today is World Autism Awareness Day 💙

This one is especially close to my heart.

Our amazing daughter is raising two incredible children—my grandson Giovanni and my granddaughter Zayla—who are both nonverbal and on the autism spectrum.

Giovanni (our “Jumping G”) loves anything that moves—bikes, buses, and his new love of planes—and he is always on the go, jumping, exploring, and taking in the world in his own way.

Zayla has the sweetest, most creative spirit. She loves art, crafts, dolls, stuffies, her Heihei chicken, and is an absolute whiz on her tablet.

Autism doesn’t look one way. It doesn’t sound one way. And for some, it doesn’t come with many words—but that doesn’t mean there isn’t so much being said, felt, understood, and experienced.

This month, I’ll be sharing more to bring awareness, understanding, and support to families walking this journey every day.

It’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant to me.

For the past 12 years in this industry - and the last 7 building Remedy Refined Aesthetics on my own - I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside so many of you.

We’ve shared more than appointments…we’ve shared life. Through the celebrations, weddings, and graduations to the hard seasons, the losses, and the moments that change us. From beginnings to goodbyes, and everything in between.

This past year especially has been full of big moments. Moving into our new space, remodeling, investing in new devices, and continuing to grow in ways I once only dreamed of.

Above all, I’m most grateful for YOU. I'm grateful for your trust, your loyalty, your support, and the relationships we’ve built over the years.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your lives—and for being such a meaningful part of mine.
