Accurate Welding is an Electron Beam, TIG, Plasma, Resistance Welding for Aircraft, Medical, NASA, Superconductor, Semiconductor, Boeing, Hamilton, Collins, Raytheon, F.A.A. Father started Bird Electron Beam in 1966 after working at Hamilton Standard for 10 years in the lab for the new electron beam welding line they were making. We have two machines set up for wire feed of knife edge seals and for Additive Manufacturing largest machine is 72 x 66 x 108 send us your parts and we will show you what we can do the cleanest purest build up done all done in a vacuum of 10-4 mm. We have five other machines for production. Aircraft, Superconductor, Semiconductor, Electronics, Sensors, Titanium fuel tanks, Medical and Surgical instruments.

Accurate Welding Services is an Electron Beam, Laser, TIG , Plasma and Resistance welding job shop we are NADCAP Certified with Merit. We are a family business that has been in the field since the first machines were built and shipped from Hamilton Standard in the 1950’s. We have eight High Voltage Electron Beam welders and operators with over 50 years experience. Our machines start at 52 x 36 x 36. Up to 108 x 66 x72. Most jobs are turned around in one week, but when needed parts can be turned around in the same day.

We also sell fully refurbished equipment and have a large supply of spare parts.
