Meet the heart behind Hydra Wellness 💧✨

Hi, I’m Kiana — founder, RN, and your go-to wellness girl. I graduated with my BSN in May 2024 and I’m currently in graduate school working toward my FNP. With a background in med-surg and operating room nursing, I knew I loved healthcare… but I felt called to step outside the hospital walls and create something more personal, preventative, and empowering. That’s how Hydra Wellness was born. 🤍

With the help of my boyfriend Johnathan (who brings all the production visions to life) and my amazing friend Kayla (the creative genius behind our branding), this dream became reality.

I grew up in Western Mass and now call Northern CT home — and I’m so excited to serve this community. When I’m not at the lounge, you’ll find me at Pilates or spin, cuddling my puppy, doing my skincare routine, planning my next trip, or creating content for you all. I’m 24 (25 in July!) and passionate about health, wellness, beauty, and building meaningful connections with my clients.
