To our students and college students, to the parents supporting them, to educators, administrators, and staff, and to everyone carrying multiple roles right now; this is a reminder that your mental health and wellbeing matter.

Life can feel overwhelming. Academic pressure, deadlines, caregiving responsibilities, work expectations, and uncertainty can quietly pile up. Many of you are showing up every day doing the best you can, often while feeling exhausted, anxious, or stretched thin.

✨ You were never meant to do this alone.
Strength is not pushing through in silence — it’s recognizing when support is needed and allowing yourself to receive it.
