Our April 2026 Santa Rosa Members Highlight is:

⭐️Alexica and Veronica Bosque⭐️

Our Members of the Month are this amazing sister duo! 👯‍♀️ They bring such incredible positive energy into the studio every time they walk through the doors. From pushing through tough workouts to cheering in class, their enthusiasm is contagious.
We love their consistency, their support for each other, and the great energy they bring to the Windsor Fitness Club community. We’re so lucky to have them!

✅Why do you love the heat?
We love the heat because your body is already warmed up, muscles are ready those 30sec intervals. And dripping in sweat is the only way to leave the gym!

✅What is your after workout routine?
Coffee pickup and Alexica’s dog dropped off at Veronica’s house before the work day. PupDATES.

✅Anything extra you would like to add?
Really appreciate the class times offered throughout the day. The addition of Liam’s 7:15am classes Monday - Thursday have been a game changer for our workout routines. And the evening classes work great for when you sleep through your alarm 😉

⚡️Ali Anton⚡️
Hi team! I am new instructor to Pilates and I love this modality so much. I have been a dedicated member of WFC for a while and recently decided to step into teaching. I have a passion for functional, dynamic movements. You’re going to get high paced, high energy workouts that should leave you feeling sore, strong & motivated to get through anything.
Besides teaching and doing Pilates I have my own business and ranch called The Anton Ranch. The Anton Ranch is home to my barrel racing program. The Anton ranch, horses, barrel racing, and cowgirls are my true passion in life. The Anton Ranch is favorite place in the world.
I love to do photoshoots, I always have a trip booked, I’m down for a dinner, lunch, brunch or drinks or a ride. I have 5 dogs, 2 barn cats & 15 horses that love to make my life as filled as possible.
Pilates is such a fun, creative outlet for me and I’m so excited to see what this journey holds. I hope you come to a class soon

I’m a hair styling, soul searching, yoga enthusiast. My personal practice began in 1997 and I received my RYT-200 in 2023. My love for yoga brought me to a place of wanting to teach and share yoga with others. I use Baptiste Power Vinyasa yoga, and my love for music, to help people find their own strength, love & light!

Our March 2026 Windsor Member Highlight is:

⭐️ Rebecca ⭐️
Rebecca is a badass goddess who always brings her best to the studio. We are so grateful she is a part of our family and can’t wait to see what else she has in store!

Here is a little more about her:

✅ Favorite Workout:
My favorite classes at WFC are Hot Pilates and Hot
Strength! Hot Pilates is where I build my deep core
strength and endurance (and some abs I didn’t know
I had LOL). Hot Strength has truly shown me just how strong I can be, even on days I don’t think I have it in me. Both classes are empowering, sweaty, and
reminds me that I’m capable of way more than I ever
thought! Favorite exercise is a tricky question
because my ‘favorites’ are actually the ones I love to
hate! My top two are weighted burpees and glider
mountain climbers. If it gets my heart pumping and
sweat rolling, it’s automatically at the top of my list.

✅Why do you love the heat?
I’ve always loved the heat but never experienced a
workout in it. Working out in the heat pushes me past
my comfort zone, helps me break a serious sweat,
and makes every workout feel more intense and
rewarding. It’s challenging in the best way.

✅What is your after workout routine?
My post-workout routine always starts with a hot girl
shower since I’m absolutely drenched in sweat when
I leave. After, I prioritize refueling with lots of water
and a yummy breakfast to recharge and get ready
for the rest of my day.

✅Anything extra you would like to add?
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the
amazing instructors, staff, and members at WFC for
being so welcoming and supportive. I truly feel
motivated and encouraged every single day to keep
pushing myself and never giving up. This community
makes all the difference!

Our March 2026 Santa Rosa Members Highlight is:

⭐️ Raquel and Shyla⭐️
This mother-daughter duo is pure magic ✨ From the moment they walk in, they bring encouragement, strength, and the kind of positive energy that lifts everyone around them. Watching them support each other, push through challenges, and celebrate every win together is such a beautiful reminder of what fitness is really about: connection, confidence, and showing up with love. We are so lucky to have these inspiring women as part of our Windsor Fitness family

Here is a little more about them:

✅ Favorite Workout:
Raquel:
There’s honestly so many classes I love at WFC from Hot Pilates, Hot Strength, Hot HIIT, Hot Barre & the perfect Sunday with Reset Yoga (my secret mama & daughter time). I’d say my favorite exercise is The Suitcase Crunch.

Shyla: I absolutely love ALL the classes at WFC! It is truly impossible to choose one, love them all so much I typically get one of each in my weekly routine :) My favorite exercise is deadlifts, especially single leg!

✅ Why I love the heat:
Raquel: I love the heat as it helps my muscles warm up faster and gives me better flexibility to push through.

Shyla:
I love the heat because I always leave class feeling rejuvenated and completely cleansed.

✅ Post workout routine?
Raquel:
I like to have a protein shake loaded with greens, mixed berries and my collagen supplement.

Shyla: My after workout routine is to run home, shower, get some caffeine and have a protein snack.

✅ Anything extra you would like to add:
Raquel:Thank you WFC for your top notch instructors and kind staff, challenging full body workout, LOUD music and of course the SWEAT

Shyla:
I love love love WFC! I took my first class two years ago all thanks to my mama and now cannot stay away. It’s like my second home.
