We’re so grateful for clients like Gina King. Her kindness, consistency, and genuine care for the WFC Petaluma community never go unnoticed. She brings such positive energy into the space, and it’s truly a joy to have her in the studio.

✅ Favorite Workout:
I love all the classes, but Hot Pilates is my favorite. I love the challenge and intensity and energy of that class, and the music and flow. My favorite exercise is planks, side planks in particular, or any plank series is great.

⭐️ Victoria Rendon⭐️
Victoria is the kind of member who makes the room better just by being in it. Always showing up, putting in the work, and bringing a steady, grounded energy to every class. Mary truly embodies what the Windsor Fitness Club community is all about. We’re so proud to celebrate you this month, Mary. Keep doing your thing 💛💪

Here is a little more about Victoria:

✅ Favorite Workout:
That’s a super tough question. I’m loving the variety that Windsor Fitness Club offers. My current routine / favorite classes are Heated Mat Pilates (Monday and Friday taught by Madeline Schwartz, Tuesday and Thursday by Emmy Stewart and Saturday by Ezra Martin), Hot Vinyasa Yoga (Wednesday taught by Kelliann Reginato) and Restorative Yoga Flow (Heated) (Sunday taught by Romi Menegoni). I’m also adding in Lift or Strength classes (my current favorite is WFC Hot Strength (Tuesday and Thursday taught by Nicole Marden). All at Santa Rosa. I’ve also taken Ezra’s Yoga Power in Windsor, (Tuesday and Thursday) which is awesome! Currently, I’m loving the “side series” in Heated Mat Pilates (Madeline, Emmy and Ezra all do variations of this - really works those stubborn inner thighs and obliques!!). Outside of Windsor Fitness Club, I love going for a hike or a nice walk with my pup, Gus!

✅ Why I love the heat:
For me, I feel that the heat increases my ability to get into the stretch/exercise, leading to deeper muscle engagement. I also love the fact that for me, the heat “forces me to focus” on feeling the connection to my breath, body and mental ability to just be present in the class.

✅ Post workout routine?
First, I like to take a few seconds after I complete my class just to be grateful for the opportunity to have a studio like Windsor Fitness Club and to be able to take classes. But, like many members of WFC, I am often fitting in my workouts between life / work meetings. So, after my workout, I usually take a hot shower, drink a protein shake and some water for recovery.

New Year, Friendly Reminder ✨

With the start of the New Year and classes filling up, we wanted to share a quick studio etiquette + policy refresher to help classes run smoothly and keep the vibe respectful for everyone 🤍

• Please place the left-hand corner of your mat on the floor stickers
• If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you may not be allowed to enter class
• If another client is waiting and you arrive late, your spot may be given away
• Please do not take more than three sets of weights
• If you cancel within 5 hours of class or do not show up, a $10 fee will be applied

Thank you for being such an incredible, considerate community. These policies help us keep classes safe, fair, and flowing for everyone 🧘‍♀️🔥💪

✅ Favorite Workout:
My favorite class is Hot Strength—the burn is unreal after a 45-minute push!
My favorite exercise is weighted burpees because even doing a few makes you feel so accomplished.

✅ Why I love the heat:
I love the heated room—it makes my skin feel cleansed and refreshed after each class and adds an extra challenge to every workout.

✅ Post workout routine?
Taking the 6:15 a.m. class lets me get my workout done before the busy day starts with school drop-off and then heading to work.

✅ Anything extra you would like to add:
Windsor Fitness Club has not only made me feel healthier, but it’s also brought a great sense of community to Santa Rosa.
