You can discover skills laying dormant within you or heal vibrations from the past through guided meditations. Barnes, Reiki Shihan (teacher) focuses on the essences of the original Usui Reiki Ryoho as it was created and practiced in the 1920s in Japan. I teach and practice Gendai Reiki Ho as I learned in-person from the founder vibrations, and Komyo Reiki Kai as I learned in-person from rev. Hyakuten Inamoto. I also teach meditation and give guided meditations into your past. The harmony of my healing studio being nestled in a small wildlife habitat is the perfect place to enjoy the balance and harmony of the styles of Reiki created in Japan by Japanese teachers living in Japan.
