Instead of fighting the darker, slower days… try partnering with them.

Try this quick fall self-care practice:

Choose one emotion or pattern that keeps surfacing (ex: irritation, comparison, needing control, people-pleasing, rushing, self-doubt, etc.)

Sit for 5 minutes in a dim or candlelit space and ask yourself:
- What part of me is this emotion trying to protect?
- If this were a younger version of me, what would they need right now?
- What is ready to fall away this season, so something healthier can grow later?

This isn’t about forcing change.
It’s about composting what no longer serves you…gently, intentionally, and in rhythm with the season.

This week’s IOME Promise is all about posture.

It only takes a minute to check in with your body:
✨ Straighten your back
✨ Roll your shoulders
✨ Plant your feet on the floor

Try these quick adjustments wherever you are:
– At your desk → lift your screen to eye level
– On your phone → bring it up, don’t hunch down
– Standing → balance weight evenly between both feet
– Driving → set your rearview mirror a little higher to encourage sitting tall

These tiny shifts don’t just look better—they help reduce tension, sharpen focus, and even give you a boost of energy.

So this week, pause, reset, and notice how much lighter you feel.

This is a self care membership. Offering guilt free self care to women like you, women who need more, want more, and deserve more in life. Partnering with other locally owned businesses to equip women with the education and tools to be the best version of themselves!

Members will receive DISCOUNTS for services focused on bettering your Mind, Body, and Soul! Monthly events will be available, allowing women to connect, socialize (which is much needed this day and age!), learn about local resources, be educated on services to improve self, and much more! These events will be offered in person on virtually, so no matter where you live, you can connect.
