Quick fixes aren’t really fixes. They’re just expensive delays.
Look, I get it. You want the pain gone NOW.
You’ve got something important coming up and you need to feel better fast. So you pop some ibuprofen, get a quick massage, maybe try that “miracle” stretch you saw on TikTok.
And hey, sometimes it works... for a few days.
But then you’re back to square one, doing the same thing over and over, wondering why nothing sticks.
Here’s the thing your body’s been trying to tell you: that pain isn’t the problem. It’s the fire alarm.
You can keep hitting the snooze button, or you can figure out why the alarm keeps going off.
When someone comes into our office saying “I just want you to crack my back and make it stop hurting,” I have to be honest with them. I could do that. You’d feel better for a bit. But you’d be back next week with the same issue.
Instead, let’s figure out the WHY behind what’s going on.
Because once you understand the why, you can actually fix the problem instead of just managing the symptoms.
