Urgent Foster Placement Needed!

*Photo and name for illustrative purposes only.

Elijah is a 7-year-old who is loving, funny, and energetic. He enjoys playing outside, crafts, and LEGOs.
Elijah would do best in the following type of household:
• A two-parent household with no pets
• Where he would be the youngest child in the family
• In an environment that can provide compassion, predictability, supervision, and reassurance that he is in a safe home
• With parents who have residential or professional mental health experience

Extensive support will be in place—including clinical guidance from our FFT Foster Care team, training and support, and on call assistance. As a CHR foster parent you will also receive a generous stipend to offset expenses related to the child’s care, complete health and dental coverage for the child, before and after school care (if needed), and paid respite care.

Happy Social Work Month!

At CHR, we use this month as an opportunity to recognize all clinicians who show up every day to help others. This year’s theme “Social Workers: Uplift. Defend. Transform” honors the mission of the profession, which is to “to enhance human well-being and help meet the basic needs of all people, with particular attention to the needs and empowerment of those who are vulnerable, oppressed, and living in poverty.”

We are thankful to all of our clinicians at CHR who honor our mission of “Inspiring hope for individual and community wellbeing,” bringing hope to the over 23,000 individuals and families we serve each day.
