The Women’s REACH Program (funded by CT DMHAS) is designed to provide outreach, engagement, short term case management, recovery coaching, connections to community and recovery support resources to women with substance use or co-occurring disorders, with eligibility prioritized for individuals who are pregnant and/or parenting. In addition to women, services are available to expectant/parenting individuals have been impacted by substance use (either personally or by the use of the child’s parent) such as parents, caregivers, and partners of REACH clients.

With the support of a Recovery Navigator, REACH clients are connected to the resources they need to facilitate their recovery including but not limited to MAT/MOUD and behavioral health supports, community supports, harm reduction, Family Care Plan development, reproductive health services, medical needs, basic needs, and child needs. Services are individualized, averaging 1-90 days with extension flexibility for special cases. Participation in REACH is voluntary.

Join CHR’s youth group, Zones of Regulation, hosted by our Child Outpatient practice at 153 Hazard Avenue in Enfield, CT! Zones of Regulation will help children ages 7 to 9 learn how to be more mindful, handle difficult emotions, have healthier relationships, and be better at planning and focusing.

Teens in Windham County Need Your Help. Become a Foster Parent with CHR!

Fostering teenagers involves providing a nurturing environment to help them thrive academically and personally, develop essential life skills, and overcome past traumas.

There are thousands of teens who need safe and loving homes right now in Connecticut, particularly in the Windham County region. Contact CHR for information on how to become involved in the Functional Family Therapy-Foster Care program. They provide 24/7 support to guide you through the process.

CHR is honored to be a beneficiary of Centreville Bank’s Holiday Food Drive this year! Thank you so much to the Centreville Bank team for organizing this annual program, and for choosing CHR, as well as several other very deserving non-profits, to benefit from the Drive. We are thankful for Centreville Bank’s continued support of CHR’s programs.
