Yesterday, I was honored to be recognized in my hometown newspaper for a gymnastics record I set back in 1996.

And truthfullyโ€ฆ it wasnโ€™t just athletics.

Gymnastics is one of the most disciplined sports. I often trained 3 to 4 hours per day, year-round, for 15 years.

That experience shaped much of who Iโ€™ve become. The consistency, focus, resilience, and commitment required in gymnastics are the same principles that guide my work with patients today.

Whether helping someone recover from injury, reduce pain, or restore mobility, those foundational lessons still show up every single day in practice.

Itโ€™s amazing how chapters from early life continue to influence your purpose decades later.
