Food freedom

A term most women have never heard.

Sadly social media and the world around us has shown us super skinny supermodels who share their tiny calorie diets. Which makes us as women think we need to be super skinny and eat tiny amount of calories to get there…

I’m here to tell you that food freedom is where it’s at ladies.
For the last year I have allowed excess quality calories into my diet and stopped killing my self in the gym 7 days a week.

Lazy mom meal season is officially upon us!!

My family loves chili.

I can’t say it’s my favorite food to eat but cooking it is my jam.

Because I literally just brown the ground beef and dump the rest in the crock. Set it and go all day long.

Chili is nutritious and higher in protein which means… gainz for the adults and fully healthy bellies for the kids ❤️

My motivation to cook right now is very low.

I’m busy. The kids are busy. Our family is busy.

But the kind of busy that makes you feel like your growing and thriving not just nose to the grind work busy.

Just know if your making and effort to be conscious of eating patterns, quality vs quantity, protein intake, hydration and body movement your probably not going to ruin your journey today.

Another focus hack

Aside from setting timers I often have to drown out noise to keep my brain focused.

playlists like deep focus drown out the noise but don’t have words to distract my brain.

If your a you need to try this! Sometimes if I’m overstimulated by the kids constant noise I will pop a headphone or both in a play this music. 5 minutes and I’m so much calmer!!

My Story...

I am so excited you’re here! My name is Tallia Maly, I am a lover of all things health! I have dedicated my life to reaching one person everyday to reach their optimum health! I have 7 years of experience with coaching clients through lifestyle changes they can literally take with them for the rest of their lives. I absolutley do not believe in fad diets or anything that jeopardizes the body’s natural functions. I belive in holistic nutirition and I work closesly with a company who produces some of the top supplements in the world! I have always had a passion for helping others and I cannot wait to help you change your life and your health!

Here is my story,

I grew up in Good old Wyoming, Nutrition was never really taught by my educators or in my home. Not that my parents did not do a good job at feeding me, my mother was and still is the most amazing cook, my dad always made sure we have an abundance of snacks and food in our home! I lived off of fastfood in high school, drank way too much soda and ate candy like it was my last meal.... literally....

in 2011 my nutrition world was rocked to its very core! My father was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. He was given less than one year to live. We started researching and seeing multiple doctors right away. It was not until we flew out to Chicago where we met with some of the most facinating physicians and teams of medical professionals that I fully understood the importance of nutrition and disease prevention. I am so excited to announce that I have found a line of clean healthy supplements that are backed by fifty years of reasearch done by the one and only Dr. Wallach!
