A chiropractor, acupuncturist, and wife/mama of 2 littles, who’s passionate about helping families thrive. 💛

I have a special heart for caring for pregnant women and infants. These are such tender, transformative seasons, and it’s an incredible privilege to support families as they navigate them with more comfort, connection and confidence.

I love blending chiropractic and acupuncture to help the body heal and function the way it’s designed to, because I believe true health starts with a balanced nervous system, good movement, nourishing food, and a strong spiritual foundation. And my favorite part of it all? Helping people walk out of our office feeling lighter and leaving with a smile.
