I hear all kinds of stories from the people who find their way to my table. 🕊️
​I truly believe part of why my clients leave feeling so light isn't just the bodywork, it’s the laughter we share. Sometimes the best therapy is a mix of a good deep-tissue release and a genuine soul-deep chuckle.
​My favorite quote from today sums it up perfectly: "Oh, that feels so good, it makes me want to cry." Whether it's tears of relief or a belly laugh, I’m just honored to hold the space for it. 😊

We've had lots of messages and calls about our Adopt a Grandparent Event. We will be posting all of our residents with a Number and Male/Female. If you are interested in a grandparent you will need to comment under the number. We would like all presents to be to the facility by December 17th, 2025 & we will have a Resident Christmas party on December 22nd, 2025.
