Lose up to an extra 10 pounds this month! We've had some clients lose over 30 pounds in a month with these tips!
How would we do it with our coaching (these are free tips)
1. Get your protein higher to maximize fat burning, metabolism, and weight loss. Get to at least 100 grams unless you have CKD.
2. Take a 30 min walk or some form of cardio (swimming, zumba, etc) at least 5 days a week for 20% more weight loss.
3. Resistance Train at least 3-5 days a week, even if it is our world famous 10 minute body weight workouts each week.
4. Drink at least 100 ounces of water a day to increase metabolism, fat burning, and reduce water weight.
5. Optimize Gut Health with Opti-Greens 50 and L-Carnitine to optimize hormones, target the midsection, and fix constipation and other issues.
6. Track your food logs and make sure you are getting at least:
1000 calories (which is still too low)
100+ grams of protein
60+ net carbs to optimize the medicine
40 grams of fat for women, 50 grams of fat for men to optimize hormones.
Do this, and you can break through a stall the first week, or accelerate weight loss on your weight loss journey.
