The complete Yoga Nidra practice encompasses; Setting Your Resolve, The Rotation of Consciousness, The 75 Breaths and Visualization! Exactly 2 hours of deep relaxation in body, mind and spirit, reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep quality, regulating blood pressure, enhancing immune function, and reducing muscle tension. It increases focus and concentration, improves cognitive function, reduces rumination and negative thoughts, enhances self-awareness and insight, and cultivates a sense of inner peace and calm. It balances mood and reduces depression, alleviates anxiety and panic attacks, promotes emotional regulation, releases emotional blockages and trauma, and increases self-compassion and empathy. Boosts creativity and problem-solving abilities, It enhances intuition and spiritual connection, improves athletic performance and recovery, reduces pain and inflammation, and supports weight management and overall health.
Join us 4 Mondays each month for a 20-40 minute guided mindfulness practice. Each week is different so you can find the one that really works for you. An mp3 recording of each session is available shortly after.
Using methods to focus the body on relaxation, the mind on awareness, and the spirit on belief, this class can help reduce stress, anxiety & aid relaxation.
No experience is necessary, only a desire to cultivate physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, reduce stress and prolong life.
