Tonight, we took the time to nurture our internal organs, filling them with fresh, vibrant energy. We used colours to fill them with fresh, vibrant energy. Helping their function, promoting our health and wellness. Improving our quality of life, and prolonging life.
Join us 4 Mondays each month for a 20-40 minute guided mindfulness practice. Each week is different so you can find the one that really works for you. An mp3 recording of each session is available after.
Using methods to focus the body on relaxation, the mind on awareness, & the spirit on belief, this class can help reduce stress, anxiety & aid relaxation.
No experience necessary, only a desire to cultivate physical, mental, emotional & spiritual wellbeing, reduce stress & prolong life.
