We live our whole lives through our nervous systems. ⚡️ Every movement, sensation, emotion, and organ function is directed by the nerves.
Sometimes what our nervous system is expressing has the word STRESS written all over it. 😬
Let’s just face it - oftentimes it is the PAIN that gets our attention. But, did you know that pain can typically be the last thing that shows up? That means that way before we FEEL anything, it’s likely that some stress has been happening within our body somewhere.
Many times that stress can look like:
✖️tummy troubles
✖️poor sleep
✖️dizziness/brain fog
✖️behavioral disruptions
✖️mood swings
…and a whole bunch of other things.
The key to keeping stress to a minimum all starts with your nervous system! Making sure that your spine is properly aligned ensures that your nervous system (which is in control of all the other systems) is communicating it’s absolute best with your body.
