I want to introduce the new rep who is taking over as a rep for me.
Please help me welcome Christal Patchen!

Hello everyone! I'm a new rep in Winnemucca, NV. I have been an Alison's Pantry customer for 7 years, now it's my turn to represent. My husband and I have a daughter, 4 sons, and a grandson. We have a small family farm we run together. We are looking forward to helping our community continue to get great products through AP and maybe introduce some new people! Have a wonderful week (even if we are in quarantine)!

Hi!
Orders for catalog #4 is coming in Friday morning. Due to the virus lockdown, I'm trying a couple of new things this month.
1. When you come to pick up your order please let me know by text or call me with what time you'll be here. I will then pull your order and leave it on a table in the carport area with your name on it.
Payments--
If you like to pay by credit/debit card, You can pay the invoice I'll be sending to everyone I have an e-mail for. Just follow the link and it is handled by the same system we use here at the house.
Checks- Leave your payment in the box on the table when you pick up your order.
Cash - Tell me what your bringing and I'll put your change in an envelope in your order.
I'll post my pick up schedule separately.
If you have any questions please give me a call.
I know we will get through this together.

Just sharing information I just received.
This affects all out of stock items I was hoping to add to our orders.

Update for Group 1 orders-

Boy ooh boy are sales coming in! I haven't seen orders like this since Y2k. With the huge amount of orders coming in we're approaching capacity for our trucks. We're also hiring more warehouse workers to handle this influx of orders.

Because of this huge increase I wanted to let you know that we will NOT be able to allow out of stock items to be added onto your Catalog #4 orders.

I am SOOO sorry for this. I know a lot of your customers are really wanting items that are due in later this week. All I can do is ask for everyone's patience while we get through this month.

Again, thank you for your understanding and we hope you're staying safe and healthy.
