Almost every day, my sweet girl tells me she wants to be like me. And almost every day, it makes me cringe.
I always respond the same way…”No baby, I want to be like you.”
But this morning, God gently stopped me.
Stop. She sees you the way I see you.
If the enemy can steal your identity, he can rob you of everything. Scripture tells us we were created in His image. And when we learn to operate from that place, everything changes.
Last week, my pastor’s wife said something that stopped me in my tracks. It honestly felt like my heart skipped a beat, because it was the reminder I so desperately needed…
“If you’re concerned about your position with God, you’re solid.”
That’s it.
So fight the lies.
Tell the enemy to be quiet.
Release the fear of how others see you.
And walk confidently in His truth.
Because when you see yourself the way He sees you, freedom follows.
