I just want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for celebrating two years of Abundantly Well and my birthday with me today. 🎉

I am always so incredibly grateful for your trust, loyalty, and support, and for choosing Abundantly Well when it comes to investing in your health. It truly means more to me than I could ever put into words.

All orders from the beginning of March have been filled, minus a couple that will go out tomorrow. All other pending orders will be filled next week.

I’ll be taking this week off to enjoy spring break with my kiddos🤍

☀️ I’ve also had several of you ask about the summer line returning. Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be releasing some products from last year. For the ones I won’t be bringing back this year, I’ll share other brand recommendations so you still have great options. I’m just trying to be mindful about not taking on more than I can realistically manage.

Since today is my 36th birthday, I wanted to do something fun with the number 36 to celebrate!

The 36th order placed will have their entire order refunded. 🎁 No matter how big or small!

I’m not sure we’ve ever hit 36 orders in one single day, so I’ll be counting the last few days of orders, and once we hit that 36th order, I’ll refund it completely!

Wrapping up this anniversary week celebration with something meaningful🤍

I am currently reading a book and the author said something that I know is true, but I truly felt like the Holy Spirit prompted me to share it.

I have said before that not one product, or even all Abundantly Well products combined, can do what Jesus can do for you.

But something she said in this book struck me in a slightly different way, even though it carries the same truth.

She talked about how when we experience symptoms, we have gotten very good at addressing the symptoms without looking deeper at what is underneath.

That is actually a huge part of why I do what I do.

For years I was given prescriptions that helped mask symptoms, but never addressed the root cause. I always knew there had to be more.

And while I absolutely believe there are physical root causes we can support through nutrition, herbs, and natural wellness, I also believe that many of the struggles and symptoms we live with daily can have a spiritual root.

Sometimes the healing we are searching for is not just physical.

Sometimes it begins deeper.

If this is the first time you have heard anything along these lines, I highly recommend this book. I could go on and on in this post about the truths it shares, but honestly your time would be far better spent reading or listening to it yourself and letting those truths sink in.

The greatest healing I have ever experienced did not come from a bottle. It came from surrender.

Even after so many requests for something that helps with Arthritis, I almost didn’t release this roller.

Joint blends are everywhere… and honestly a lot of them are just diluted essential oils that smell nice but don’t actually do much.

If I was going to release one for Abundantly Well, it had to be different.

So I built the formula around ingredients that are actually known to support inflammation, circulation, and tissue recovery.

🌿 Copaiba (Copaifera officinalis)
Rich in beta-caryophyllene, a compound that interacts with receptors involved in the body’s inflammatory response.

🌿 Frankincense (Boswellia carterii)
Used for centuries to support joint comfort and mobility.

🌿 Helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum)
Often called the “repair oil” because of its support for damaged or irritated tissue.

🌿 Ginger (Zingiber officinale) + Black Pepper (Piper nigrum)
These encourage circulation so the oils can work deeper in the tissue.

🌿 Arnica (Arnica montana) infused oil
