The City of Tallulah is proud to introduce Donecia Banks-Miley as the new City Attorney for Tallulah. Attorney Banks-Miley is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Banks-Miley Law Firm.
She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, her Master of Public Administration from Belhaven University, and her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center. She is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts as well as the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Louisiana. In addition to her legal practice, Attorney Banks-Miley serves as an Assistant Professor in the Criminal Justice Department at Grambling State University. Welcome aboard Attorney!
