It’s understandable why we hold on to certain habits and perspectives. They feel familiar, but familiar is not always healthy. 🔁

Sometimes the biggest thing costing us time and wellbeing is a small adjustment we refuse to make. ⏳

A better habit.
A better decision.
A better standard. 📈

Small changes can create a big impact, but only if we stop protecting what’s draining us. 💭

Do it anyway.
Adjust anyway.
Grow anyway. 💪

And if that adjustment includes the stairclimber, Cam from the reels is probably still coming around to it. 😅🚶‍♂️🔥

Our Story

Geaux Fit Physical Therapy and Fitness Center was founded by Brian and April Enlow to bring accessible treatment and an exercise facility to northern Louisiana. Their goal is to help people, from high-level athletes to children to geriatric member, of the community live strong and pain-free lives. Our office’s close-knit physical therapy team is composed of friendly locals with years of medical experience. Next door, our gym is always full of kind, fitness-minded folks. In both places, we work hard to create a professional, encouraging environment. We are definitely health and fitness minded people. While we treat and help patients, we also have a love for physical fitness and love to share that with others. Our gym and our PT clinic are avenues for us to share that with many, many others. Whether you’re here for treatment or for your daily workout, you’ll always be welcomed in with a smile.
