"| started therapy two months ago with constant pain with normal everyday movements. It was causing problems in my work life, and now I'm able to do almost all of my everyday movements without pain or very little pain. The therapists here are very nice and outgoing I wouldn't have chosen anyone else to take care of me!"

“When I started physical therapy, I was in constant pain—no matter what I did, I hurt. I began PT in April of this year and continued for two full months. At first, I was very nervous.

But after just a week, I started noticing a difference in my pain levels. The combination of exercises and treatments each week made a huge impact. Now, I’m able to do so much more than I could before—and that’s a big win.

The staff is incredibly kind and supportive; they’re with you every step of the way. I wouldn’t change a thing about my experience. If anyone I know needs therapy, this is exactly where I would send them.”

My therapist, Taylor, introduced me to dry needling, which—along with my exercises—has exceeded my expectations. I want to thank everyone for their kindness and support throughout this journey. I also want to encourage others not to overlook physical therapy, because in my case, I am now almost completely pain-free! Mrs. Wendy came in a little skeptical about physical therapy, but once she committed to her home exercise program and incorporated functional dry needling as part of her care, she began to see results. We are so proud of you for graduating from PT—keep up the hard work!

“Before PT, after dislocating my shoulder, I could not put my hair up into a ponytail. Now I can put my hair up without pain.”

After a dislocation, one round of OT, frozen shoulder diagnosis, MUA and scope, and a round of PT, you have FINALLY graduated! We know how hard you worked to be able to do the little things in life like put your hair into a ponytail and put your hands on your hips like normal! We are incredibly proud of you!
