To my old and new clients....If you guys don't read the policies I send out when you first become a new client, please go back and re read them. I send everyone the "paperwork" to sign in email form and I assume everyone reads before they electronically sign.
My cancelation policy is stated twice before you have to sign. I have these in there for a reason.
