HC RESIDENTS DINE IN STYLE AT SALVATORI'S!
Eleven Healthcare Residents took a Luncheon Fieldtrip and enjoyed Italian cuisine at Salvatori's Authentic Italian Eatery in Warsaw. lt was a relaxing time as they each ordered individually, ate & fellowshipped, paid their own bill, left a tip and enjoyed the bus ride, with full tummies, back to Grace! Another way that the Activities Department is PUTTING RESIDENTS FIRST and BRINGING THEM JOY on this "get-away BLESSING"!

ASSISTED LIVING CELEBRATES MOTHER'S DAY WITH MOTHER/DAUGHTER TEA!
All who attended tried on hats provided by Sue Stump, volunteer, and enjoyed a table set with a Teapot Collection of Centerpieces provided by Rose Bradley, Independent Living resident. Cristy, Activity Leader, welcomed all guests as they enjoyed light refreshments of chicken salad sandwiches, sugar & chocolate chip cookies and tea. Many THANKS to Cristy and all of the volunteers who gave another great party! JOB WELL DONE!

SPRING HAS SPRUNG ON THE ASSISTED LIVING PATIO!
Many THANKS to Sue Stump, volunteer, for donating the many flowers it takes to fill the garden box planters on the Assisted Living patio. Sue, the former Activities Leader in Assisted Living for 20 years, now volunteers and comes every Spring to assist residents in filling the garden boxes with beautiful flowering plants, vegetables and herbs. This year Sue was helped with resident Lois Scott and Activities Leader Cristy. The residents will enjoy watching the plants grow and bloom and enjoy the taste of tomatoes as they ripen. THANKS SUE for being our SUPER VOLUNTEER in Assisted Living! JOB WELL DONE! Matthew 25:23

"STILL STANDING DUO" BRINGS MUSICAL JOY TO ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENTS! A "packed house" of Assisted Living residents enjoyed the "Oldies But Goodies" music that JD Woods and Tim gave on Good Friday! The residents clapped, sang, hummed and swayed to the nostalgic music that filled the air.
JD & Tim give a concert once a month in Assisted Living, bringing their love and humor for music! THANKS "DUO" for bringing such JOY to the residents of Grace Village!

THE EASTER BUNNY VISITS GRACE VILLAGE!
Last Saturday morning, in perfect bright SUNshine, the Easter Bunny visited Grace Village for the First Annual Easter Special Egg Hunt. Special Thanks to Carson Harmon who played the Easter Bunny! Carson is 14 years old, plays football at Southwood High School and is the son of Grace Village CNA, Mayra Marshall.

Grace Village residents/families and over 50 children of staff members had a great time as kids scurried to gather eggs and search for the GOLDEN EGGS. Congratulation Golden Egg & Easter basket Winners Blake Kubley and Ridley Williams.

Over 2,800 colored plastic eggs, filled with candy, were collected! Donuts, milk and coffee were provided and prizes of bubbles, chalk, kites, stuffed animals, slime, legos, jump ropes and toys were given. Special thanks to the Activities staff, Stillwater Hospice, Heart to Heart Hospice, and all who helped with this event, BRINGING JOY to all who attended - JOB WELL DONE!
