Due to the Extreme Cold Warning & Watch in effect for our area tomorrow, Friday, January 22nd, the DAC will not be providing transportation for individuals who utilize walkers or wheelchairs and will also not be providing out-of-town transportation.

Residential programs/parents/guardians/etc. who support individuals we are not providing transportation for have the option to bring them to the DAC in the morning, but are then also responsible for picking individuals up by 2pm, as well.

Thank you for your understanding. Please call the DAC if you have any questions. Stay safe! 🥶

Influenza has been hitting our community hard and has made it’s way to the DAC 🤒 Below are the common signs and symptoms of influenza. We kindly ask residential programs, parents, guardians, etc. to monitor individuals closely, keep them home if they show any of these symptoms, and encourage those with symptoms to be tested. Individuals may be contagious for 5-7 days after symptom onset. Individuals may return to the DAC once their symptoms subside and they are free of a fever without the use of fever-reducing medication for 24 hours.

Please help us keep our individuals safe and healthy!
