In case you’ve forgotten how it feels after receiving a treatment… “lighter”, “more aligned”, “best I’ve felt in a long time”, “pain disappeared”

These are just a few examples of feedback I receive as someone is on their way out of the clinic after a treatment. I love hearing that my clients are sleeping better, have more energy, breathing better due to clearer sinuses, and generally feeling more relaxed and at ease.

🗓️Posting a quick reminder about our schedule changes this week. We are CLOSED tomorrow (Thurs 2/19).

💫We’ll be open regular hours Friday & Saturday.

👂🏼And our FREE community care ear acupuncture & ear seed clinic is coming up this Sunday afternoon. It’s a wonderful opportunity to take a break, relax and re-set the nervous system. No appointment needed for Sunday- drop in between 1-3pm.

⭐️February is here! Taking a moment to share some good stuff we having coming up.

🧘🏾‍♂️After taking a couple months off this winter, we are restarting our monthly acupuncture & meditation event at . This is a sweet opportunity to receive a gentle, yet powerful acu treatment as Heather guides the group through a lovely meditation.

☯️ Also I wanted to share a FREE community care offering later this month - I’ll be offering 5NP ear treatments and/or ear seeds on Sunday Feb 22 from 1-3pm. No appointment required, just drop in.

👂🏼The treatment involves the placement of 5 tiny needles (acupuncture) OR seeds (acupressure) in each ear. 5NP supports calmness, improved sleep, relief from stress & emotional trauma, and a discovery of inner quiet and strength.
