That's me, Jolene, the co-owner of Eupraxia Winona.

I have walked over 423 days in a row outdoors for 30 minutes or MORE, and I plan to keep going until I am 50 years old - 493 days to go. I also could not imagine my life without Eupraxia. I have been a Eupraxia member at both Onalaska and now Winona for over five years since opening our location here. You will find me working out at 4:05 AM, then coaching the 5 AM class every day except Mondays and occasional days off here and there. I love our gym community and love helping others!

In February, I am running a "Love Yourself" special. Give yourself, your spouse, your friend, your significant other, your parent, etc the gift of health this February.

I am only accepting eight individuals for this special. A dozen roses or a night out is more costly than this "gift of health."

The "Love Yourself" special officially runs from February 1st to February 28th, BUT we are already running FREE friends-and-family weekends in January, so I am going to add January 24th to January 31st for FREE!

If traditional gyms havenโ€™t worked for you, youโ€™re not alone.
