⭐️February is here! Taking a moment to share some good stuff we having coming up.

🧘🏾‍♂️After taking a couple months off this winter, we are restarting our monthly acupuncture & meditation event at . This is a sweet opportunity to receive a gentle, yet powerful acu treatment as Heather guides the group through a lovely meditation.

☯️ Also I wanted to share a FREE community care offering later this month - I’ll be offering 5NP ear treatments and/or ear seeds on Sunday Feb 22 from 1-3pm. No appointment required, just drop in.

👂🏼The treatment involves the placement of 5 tiny needles (acupuncture) OR seeds (acupressure) in each ear. 5NP supports calmness, improved sleep, relief from stress & emotional trauma, and a discovery of inner quiet and strength.

I’ve started scouting nearby areas to host our 2026 Self-Love Retreat, and I can already feel the magic beginning to take shape.

This retreat will be about more than just a weekend away—it’s about creating sacred space for women to reconnect with themselves through love, kindness, and compassion. 💖

Summer Blessings! 💛

(And Winter Blessings to our friends in the Southern Hemisphere!)

The onset of the season feels like a new chapter and we can honor it by showing up with an open heart.

Solstice means "sun stand still.”

The change of seasons offers an auspicious time to take a step back, to stand still with the sun, to revisit some practices that bring peace, and to release what no longer serves us.

This is a perfect time to shed the old and enter the new chapter with greater alignment, authenticity and simplicity.

And to lift up other souls as we go. 💛
