To continue offering high-quality sauna and cold plunge experiences and keep up with rising costs, we’ll be making a small adjustment to our pricing starting November 1st.

We’ve done our best to keep changes minimal — and our packages still offer the best value for regular sessions.

Here’s our updated pricing:

Single Drop In Session: $40 + $15 for cold plunge

5-Pack: $165 ($33/session — save $110!)

10-Pack: $295 ($29.50/session — save $255!)

20-Pack: $525 ($26.25/session — save $575!)

Your support means the world to us, and this small adjustment helps us continue offering you a clean, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience each and every visit.

If you have sessions left on your current package, don’t worry — they remain valid. And if you’d like to lock in current pricing before the change, you can do so until November 1st.

As always, the package pricing includes your cold plunge. A normal drop in rate for sauna + cold plunge will be $55. The pricing for an additional person will not change. Packages expire after 1 year from purchase.

Anne - Sauna/Salt Support

With a unique background that includes serving with the Winona Police Department, I transitioned from a career in law enforcement to my passion for wellness. I co-founded Suola Spa, which is now home to River Valley Wellness + IV. I’m thrilled to see the spa’s spirit continue to thrive and the incredible additions brought to life through the Carlson family. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and friends, hiking, practicing and teaching yoga, traveling, and enjoying live music.

Connie - Sauna/Salt Support

You will see me at the spa running salt and sauna/cold plunge sessions. I recently retired after working 42 years as a dental assistant/oral surgery tech. I still need to keep busy, so being asked to help Kelsey and Tim at the spa was a perfect fit. Who wouldn’t want to spend time in the beautiful space of the spa and getting to know the great clients! Kelsey happens to be my daughter and Tim is my son in law. It’s great to sit back and watch their dream/vision of the spa grow. In my spare time, my husband and I love spending time with our children and grandchildren. We also like to spend a lot of time outdoors. We love camping, hiking, and exploring the beautiful Driftless area.
