Flexion → Lift your arm straight up while lying on your side to strengthen the front shoulder muscles.
Horizontal Abduction → Move your arm out to the side to target the rear delts and upper back.
External Rotation (ER) → Rotate your arm outward to engage the rotator cuff and improve shoulder stability.
Benefits:
• Builds shoulder strength safely
• Supports healthy shoulder function
• Low impact & easy to do at home
Do 10–15 slow, controlled reps for each exercise. 💪🫱
