Have you ever wondered how neurofeedback actually works? What are we measuring? How do we facilitate changes in your brain's functioning? This video from Neuros Center, a neurofeedback clinic based in Barcelona, helps to explain how neurofeedback works in an accessible manner. Though their process and program may vary from our own, the basic principles stay the same!

Also check out the art at the beginning of the video from a project by Random Quark, a creative technology studio, that was created using an EEG headset. The project, The Art of Feeling, features artwork generated using EEG data from participants as they reflected on particular happy experiences. The artwork is also featured on our website!
