We offer comprehensive non-surgical diagnosis and image guided treatments for musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. These including conditions of joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, the spine, and peripheral nerves. Approaches include diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, interventional orthopedic medicine using ultrasound and x-ray (fluoroscopic) guidance (Regenexx C, Regenexx SD, Regenexx PL-Disc, Regenexx SCP, prolotherapy). Dr Fenton is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (ABPMR and AOBPMR), Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation (AOBNMM/OMM), Orthopedic Medicine (C-AAOM), and in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (RMSK). He is an international teacher in Orthopedic Medicine and in diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound. Presently on the board as treasurer of the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine. He has been practicing in Vermont since 1992, performing prolotherapy and started offering orthobiologic injection treatments in 2006

We offer comprehensive non-surgical diagnosis and regenerative treatments for musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. These including conditions of joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, the spine, and peripheral nerves. Approaches include diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, regenerative interventional orthopedics using ultrasound and x-ray (fluoroscopic) guidance (Regenexx C, Regenexx SD, Regenexx PL-Disc, Regenexx SCP, prolotherapy). We have helped thousands of patients avoid orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements (hip, knee, ankle, shoulder), ACL and meniscus knee surgeries, shoulder rotator cuff and labral surgeries, spinal disc and fusion surgeries, etc. Dr Fenton is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (ABPMR and AOBPMR), Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation (AOBNMM/OMM), Orthopaedic Medicine (C-AAOM), and in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (RMSK). He is an international teacher in Orthopaedic Medicine and in diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound. Presently on the board as treasurer of the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine. He has been practicing in Vermont since 1992, performing prolotherapy type regenerative injection treatments, and started offering biological regenerative injection treatments in 2006 Dr. Musman is board certified in Anesthesiology, is President of the Vermont Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and has been practicing interventional pain management and orthopedics since 2002.
