What is EFT Tapping?
Think of it as acupuncture without the needles. By gently tapping on specific meridian endpoints on your face and body while focusing on a stressful thought, you send a calming signal directly to the amygdala (the brain's fear center). It's a simple way to tell your nervous system: "You are safe."
