Dr. Leo Kapural performing the first in the USA commercial low back pain treatment with the newly FDA approved Neurolyser XR system. This system from FUSMobile is a first-of-its-kind device that uses therapeutic ultrasound to thermally ablate sensory nerves within the facet joints-structures that are a leading source of chronic low back pain. There are NO NEEDLES involved in this procedure. We are thankful to for their participation in the research studies that garnered FDA approval of this device.
