Join Kari Foster and Carly Sink for their annual fun and interactive energy and oracle deck practice to set the “tone” for your 2026 year!

This will be a day of diving into what you would like to call in for the new year.

Oracle decks are a wonderful tool for self-reflection; beautifully illustrated themed cards with accompanying guidebooks. Working with Oracle decks can be a powerful practice for guidance and inspiration as we transition into new energy and new beginnings.

During this ceremony, we will be offering:

Time for a little micro kambo cleanse in alignment with this season and immune boosting!

Kambo Frog Medicine is a unique amphibian (non psychedelic) medicine from the Amazon Rainforest.

It is known for its myriad of physical, mental, emotional and energetic properties. It contains over 120 (known) bioactive peptides that stimulate healing on the physical level, and it is a powerful detoxifier for the organ and lymphatic system. Kambo may assist in many modern day "dis"-eases. (I can send info on specific details).

On an energetic level, Kambo lifts “panema” or negative energies from the body. This is clearing of stagnant or stuck energy as well as low emotions and mood. On an energetic level the frog assists in:

Coming of the Light: a Yule meditation with Pilot Mtn Dec 21st

Join Troy Hurst , Kari Foster Allison and Carly Sink for a Solstice silent nature walk and community connecting.

We are gathering a group of people together to walk the top k**b of Pilot Mountain (about a mile) in ceremony and connect with the land and collective energy on the solstice, December 21st.

If you would like to join us for this free event, we plan on meeting at the mountain the morning of the 21st of December at 9 a.m. at the bathrooms at the top of the k**b.

We will walk the path in silence around the top of the mountain and meditate, while also connecting with the mountain for your own clearing, activating and recharging.

We will then reconnect as a group and share what we received or remembered.

If you feel called, please bring an offering of organic nature 🙏 to leave (suggestions of cornmeal, flowers, etc.).

❄️ Dress in warm layers! It can be very cold + windy around the k**b! ❄️

⏰ Please plan for up to 2.5 hours total time
