From the Founders, our whole Synergy team, and our mascot Mallow 🍥, thank you.

When you choose to move, and to ground with us, you’re choosing to support a small, local, women-owned business rooted in community care. Your presence fuels our ability to do what we love, give back to our city, and keep nurturing the space, a second and third home for many of us, that we are building together.

There are so many wonderful incredible small businesses local to our city. Get out there and support them- liking, sharing, reposting, and talking about them in the positive way we do even when you aren’t in their rooms are all additional ways beyond the point of purchase.

We loved seeing so many friends and members of our community walk, run and walk-run the this morning!

With the staggering statistic that 1 in 4 kids in Forsyth County are hungry, we’re grateful to be able to play a small role in helping raise awareness and funds for the , who works on behalf of these families- our neighbors in this very community. No effort is too small. Synergy is about exactly that- the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations or agents- individuals- who’s combined effects are greater than the sum of their parts ❤️🫶🏼❤️‍🔥.

Synergy is seeking qualified HIIT + Strength Instructors to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, professional, and passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals within our community.

🏋 Experience in coaching or group fitness is preferred.
🏋 Certifications in HIIT, Strength, or related areas are a plus (but not required)
🏋 Background in CrossFit (as a coach or dedicated athlete) is highly valuable

If you thrive in a team environment, enjoy leading classes, and are ready to inspire our community, we’d love to connect with you!

Coming out of a full and busy summer, we are welcoming a slower October with more intentionality.

🍁We’re excited to continue our rotating schedule of MAX Strength between Fridays & Sundays~ a perfect start or end cap to the weekend!
🍁Sunday Community Classes are still rotating and we’ve gotten great feedback from folks trying out new formats. We’ll keep that up through October!
🍁Ardmore RAH: we’re so excited to be participating in more than one way this year. We’ll have a booth set up and would love for you to join us in the race! Sign up at the link in our bio. Bring by your donation of canned goods and non perishables for the Second Harvest Food Bank now through Friday October 17th!
