2hrs later…now typically you don’t have to have it on as long because once it absorbs into your skin, you’re good. Wash it off and gone about your day, night etc I do have some who sleeps in it! Just don’t go work out afterwards, waist train or wear any form of wraps while MELT is on or 24hrs after applying! You don’t want to sweat, and clog up pores! It is a fat dissolver, so therefore we don’t want to overload your lymphatic system!!
