For those interested in a short deep dive into shamanic and IFS practices, I am excited to offer a half-day Shamanic IFS Healing Circle this Saturday, February 28, 2026!
This Healing Circle offers deeply compassionate inner work that combines the power of IFS (Internal Family Systems) with the power of shamanic group work. Both shamanic practices and Internal Family Systems have helped me to heal deeply, as well as open and connect spiritually in ways that transformed my life. I love sharing these practices in healing circles - and my next one is February 28th in Winston-Salem!
This half-day Shamanic IFS Healing Circle is experiential and includes guided meditation, parts mapping, an embodied group sculpting, and a shamanic journey. When we do this work in a group, witnessing and sharing with others, it greatly empowers our own work as well as building like-minded community.
