I started FOOD PREP for the coming week last evening with homemade chili (yummy) and tuna salad, I'm finishing up this afternoon with baked potatoes and baked chicken.

Happy Sunday, Transformationers!

Tomorrow begins my first 12-week workout cycle for
2026. I have been working on it for almost a month, prayerfully writing it and revising it over time.
I have finally put the finishing touches on it, printed it out and laminated it to go on my wall.

As I have shared with you over the years, I am a firm believer in "writing the vision and making it plan." But a couple of weeks ago, when I saw and shared the picture below, "write the vision and make it plan" took on a completely new and utterly awesome meaning!

By writing the vision, I invite God into it? Wow!
Wow! Wow! That is life changing (to me)! I thought I was just following through with Habakkuk 2.2, as The Scriptures tell us to do. I have always asked God to bless my workouts but, now, I am consciously inviting Him into the process! Holla!

That's good stuff!

Happy New Year, Transformationers!
Dora Jean Staplefoote Banks, Kristy Ainsworth-Redding and I got 2026 started with our first walk of the new year with 5.03 miles.

Lol...we did hills again today, much to Kristy and Jean's dismay! It was great for calorie burn and butt work. I loved it...they didn't...holla!

Here's to 2026, y'all. Remember, don't make new year's resolutions, just be resolute in your decisions.

Happy Saturday, Transformationers!

Dora Jean Staplefoote Banks, Kristy Ainsworth-Redding and I just finished our last girl's walk for 2025. As always, it was a wonderfully blessed time of fellowship; he difference this morning as we walked was our "Year-in-Review" as we recounted the Faithfulness of God and knocked out 6.13 miles.. I count Jean and Kristy as two of my favorite blessings of 2025.
