Happy Saturday morning, Transformationers!

Transformationers Kristy Ainsworth-Redding , Dora Jean Staplefoote Banks and I had a special guest join us this morning;; Kristy's husband, Shane.

We took a new route today that included several hills...it was great...5.44 miles worth of great!
Our butts will be feeling this walk for a couple of days... 😂!

Happy Wednesday, Transformationers!

Okay, time for another product review. Over the past several weeks, "Rockin' Protein" shakes have been popping up on my fb page. After reading the reviews and watching a couple of YouTube videos on it, I decided to give it a try.

In my research, I found that Dollar General had the best price at $2.50 a bottle. Other stores ranged from
$2.64 to $3.99 a bottle.

After this morning's workout (which included strength training), I gave the Rockin' Protein's chocolate shake a try and let me tell you, I am very HIGHLY UNIMPRESSED!

The chocolate taste was creamy but kind of watered down. The best thing I can say about it is that it isn't gritty...that's it. Needless to say, I won't be buying
Rockin' Protein again...ever...just not good.

For now, I am more than happy to stick with Aldi's 30 gram protein shake; it tastes good and costs $6.98 for a four-pack...and since I only drink maybe two a week
(at the most), that works for me.

Have y'all tried Rockin' Protein? If so, let us know your feelings about it.

Transformationer Kristy Ainsworth-Redding texted this morning and asked if I wanted to go walking, y'all know I said, "Yes!". We knocked out an invigorating 5.17 miles.
