Pass the Present was a big hit today! 🎁✨

When we don’t have company visiting, we love spending time in fellowship with our friends here at Heritage Woods. ❤️

Today, we took an Armchair Travel trip all the way to Alaska! 🗺️❄️ We even enjoyed a tasting of delicious sausages — including bison, wild boar, venison, elk, and “fender bender.”

Keeping our minds sharp, exploring new cultures, and trying new things together always makes for a fun and adventurous day! 🌍✨

Gospel Light’s first and second graders have visited Heritage Woods this holiday season, and what a joy they brought with them! 🎄✨

Our residents’ faces light up every time the children come to perform. Mary closed out the visits by asking the kids about their wish lists for Santa, and the responses were priceless. The sweetest of all was one student who wished that everyone in our community has a Merry Christmas. ❤️

We absolutely love when they visit — it always makes for a special treat and fills our halls with holiday magic. 🎶🎁

Thank you to the Calvary Baptist Choir for blessing us with such a beautiful visit!!! 🎶❤️

Their voices filled Heritage Woods with joy, comfort, and nostalgia. We were especially proud to have one of our very own residents singing right alongside them!

Yesterday we celebrated our annual Employee Appreciation Fund distribution here at Heritage Woods! 💙✨

Each year, our residents contribute to this special fund as a way to say thank you to all of our non-exempt employees — including our housekeepers, servers, front desk concierge, healthcare staff, and cooks.

This meaningful tradition reflects the deep gratitude our residents have for the hard work, compassion, and dedication our team shows throughout the year.

We are truly thankful for a community where residents and staff care so deeply for one another. 💛
