Our case report describing the increasing inadequacy of real-time PCR HLA typing for deceased donors was released today! This was a collaboration between the Atrium Wake Forest HLA lab and the HLA lab at Southwest Immunodiagnostics in San Antonio. It is time for NGS HLA typing for deceased donors.
