This organization is committed to supporting families whose loved ones are receiving care in our hospital systems. It brings us so much joy to do our part and give back to the community we call home. 🏡

🚨 In 2026, we're excited to master our Center of Balance! 🚨

This class will focus on improving strength and stability, which will help to improve flexibility and develop control. 💪 We will use the ballet barre and chairs for support and balance. Elaine does a great job teaching this class! She challenges our Members every class, and they love and hate her for that-ha! She uses different equipment for each class, from weights to resistance bands, which makes each class unique and never the same. ✨

The High Point Museum was the perfect spot for our Members to have a little history fun! 🤩🗺️ Just a short drive from our community, we had the best time learning about our local heritage together, from hearing stories about the first settlers of High Point to taking in tons of miniature replicas of our town. It really is true what they say: you learn something new every day! 🌟

Wellness Director Meagan delighted our taste buds with a scrumptious peppermint creation. This smoothie was crafted with mint chocolate chip ice cream, Starbucks Peppermint Mocha iced coffee, crushed Ghirardelli Chocolate Company Peppermint Bark, Chobani Greek yogurt, and Core Power protein chocolate milk. A seasonal treat that's both delicious and high in protein…what more could we ask for?! 👏
