Looking for a cool salad to make for the summer? We had this last night and it was really good. My cantaloupe was a little unripe and it was still good. I can't wait to try it when fresh cantaloupes & cucumbers from the garden! I made it with mint (you can use basil if you prefer)

It has been a minute since i enjoyed a chocokate chip cookie. These honey chocolate chip cookies were amazing! I made them with Bon Appesweet Date Sweetened Chocolate Chips so refined sugar free. I didn’t choose to add the nuts and they cooked up perfectly. They are definitely more cake like but so yummy. I can now have chocolate chip cookies!!!

So it has been a busy couple of months at work and with wedding last minute details. We are excited for a fun weekend of celebration! I am so happy to be healthy and blessed to see Haleigh get married. We have been eating some really good dishes in all the craziness. Here is one I absolutely loved! Buy organic apples if you can if not soak your apples in water and vinegar for about 15 minutes. Happy Fall Ya'll!

Quick weeknight meal! I didn’t have broccoli so I added frozen cauliflower and shelled edamame. A sprinkle of h**p seeds and a drizzle of Date Lady Sweet Chili Sauce made it all come together.

Here is a protein guide to go with previous post. I am kinda floored that I really should be getting 117-150g of protein a day... Adding in nuts, seeds, spirulina and increasing the serving size of beans will be beneficial for me. Develop a plan that works for you.
