We are beyond excited and incredibly proud of our teammate, Tiajuana!

Tiajuana has been a valued member of the Trinity Glen family for nearly 28 years, and witnessing her achieve one of her goals is truly a privilege. Today, she officially graduated as an LPN, a milestone that reflects her dedication, perseverance, and love for the elderly. If you know Tiajuana you know that she is kind, intelligent, and compassionate; all the things that make a great nurse!

“My husband was a soldier in Vietnam and made a career in law enforcement—which I felt was intimidating to most home health services. When I realized I could no longer care for him safely at home, I needed professional help. Aston Park was my only consideration because of its history and prestigious reputation. The impact has been obvious—the care he receives is over and beyond.

Realizing I had to let him go was the hardest decision I’ve ever made, and I would not have survived that period without the teammates at Aston Park. They saved his life—and mine. Every day when I leave, I know he is loved, and that the teammates care not only for him, but for every single resident.”

Garry and Carol’s journey shows the heart of LSC communities. For nearly 10 years, Trinity Oaks has been Garry’s home. When Carol bravely faced Alzheimer’s, Trinity Oaks was their lifeline—providing care through:

• Trinity Living Center for care and engagement during the day.
• Trinity at Home for in-home support.
• Skilled Nursing at Trinity Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation for compassionate, quality medical care

Each step was delivered with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring Carol’s dignity and comfort.

Today, Garry continues to thrive—healthy, independent, and recently back from a trip to England and Scotland! His story reminds us why our work matters: to ensure seniors across North Carolina have the care and community they deserve.

We had an amazing turn out from so many families— with our residents passing out candy, they enjoyed seeing the smiling faces and creative costumes.
