We were honored to participate in Cancer Services’ Gastrointestinal Cancer Survivorship Conference last night with Services, Inc.

Dr. Michael Noujaim joined the “Oncology Expert Panel” to dive into the latest research, medical breakthroughs, and prevention strategies in GI cancer. The conversation highlighted just how much care has evolved—moving toward a collaborative, team-based approach that puts the patient at the center.

Beyond the science, the panel addressed such things as practical advice on dietary recommendations for different stages of cancer and then into survivorship, and wrapped up with an engaging Q&A. It was a truly insightful evening dedicated to empowering our community!

Colorectal cancer typically develops from precancerous polyps that grow over time. Screening allows these to be removed before they become cancerous.
