We are so grateful and blessed to have spent the evening with these amazing ladies who helped us welcome in the lunar new year of the Fire Horse. Your energy was palpable and our hearts are full. We are also blown away by the talent of Cheryl, who hosted and also joined in with her soulful flutes and her base frame drum. What are you willing to release from the cycle of the snake? And what to you invite into your life for the cycle of the fire horse?

Amy and I want to thank everyone who came out tonight for our Meditation and Sound Bath at Himalayan Hideaway. After getting 45 minutes of salt therapy plus the benefits of meditation and sound, we got to relax in the tea room and detox our feet. And I don’t know about you, but my sinuses are much clearer!
