Giving respect where respect is due

At Southern Nutrition, we are deeply committed to more than just your health and nutrition needs. The word "Southern" in our name stands for the values of hospitality, customer service, and treating everyone like family who walks through our doors as I've stated in the past.

But there's another vital reason behind our name. We hold the utmost respect for our police officers, first responders, and military personnel. They are a top priority for us, and we make it a point to shake their hands and thank them for their service every time they visit.

Pictured here is a gentleman who worked on the 4th of July while our staff and I enjoyed the beach. He was out there protecting us, ensuring everyone had a safe holiday. His dedication means the world to us, as he chose to serve and protect the community over spending the day with his own family.

Join us in showing gratitude and respect for these incredible individuals. At Southern Nutrition, they are truly part of our family.

Sneak peak at the Independence day shirts

In a bid to unite rather than divide, we've always included the American flag on each of our shirts. Our goal was to make the American flag synonymous with our business. We envisioned that when people saw an American flag t-shirt, they would think of us, even if it wasn't one of ours.

We do this because every member of the SN team is grateful for the opportunity to live in this country and pursue their dreams.

This particular shirt features the words from the Declaration of Independence, forming the flag itself on the back.

This day is always special to us because, without it, we wouldn't exist.

It’s time to howl!!! All you wolves check in with a huge howl!!!!!

It’s been forever since I see. Lee Lovette. The one and only Leader of the Wolves of Winter Garden. Actually, a huge portion of central Florida come to this gym.

There’s a big reason why. Lee accepts EVERYONE. No matter what’s going on physically, he will accept and help guide you. He has amazing coaches such as Michelle Holmes who I didn’t get to see but I had an amazing chat with Dorothy.

The vibes here is different. The tough (it is tough) love is real. I was there laughing and admiring the atmosphere from the moment I arrived, until the moment that I left.

FYI my friends, there are two newer tools that was invested for YOUR health in CrossFit Winter Garden. They have a recovery room that has a Sauna and an ice tub just for you! It’s 100% sanitary with filtration and UV sterilization.

Thank you everyone for the good vibes. Shout out to Renee Brammer Lintner, Nat Coombes, Amy Paul McClintock, Vicky-Nick Eggebrecht, Nichole Love Devescovi and everyone that I got to have the great vibes with today! I look forward to seeing you in the store soon!
